The estimate form. If you fill it in, we receive the name, phone number, email address, city, project type and message you enter. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, and we never ask for a Social Security number, bank details or a copy of an ID.
Standard server records. Our host records the usual web-server information — IP address, browser type, which pages were requested and when. This is not linked to you by name and we do not use it to build a profile.
We set no cookies. This site does not place advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and there is nothing to opt out of. Google may set cookies of its own when the project map loads — see below.
Links out to Google, Yelp and Instagram are ordinary links. We do not pass anything about you to them; once you click, their own policies apply.
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, arrange a walk-through and prepare an estimate. That is all. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. We share it with a supplier or subcontractor only when it is needed to quote or carry out your job, and only the part they need.
Estimate enquiries stay in our records while we are in touch with you and for as long afterwards as we need them for the job, our warranty obligations and our tax and licensing records. If you would like yours deleted sooner, ask.
Email us at email@hexagonconstruction.us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. California residents have these rights under state law; we extend the same to everyone. We will not treat you differently for asking.
This site is for people arranging construction work and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
